Framework Agreement Battery Energy Storage Systems - Energielandschap Lageland

The Client intends to enter into a framework agreement (the Agreement) with three contractors for the realisation of the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Energielandschap Lageland. The specific contracts under the Agreement will be put out to tender as turnkey EPC contracts for the Energielandschap Lageland battery park. The Client is procuring a functional end product: a ready-to-use, grid-compliant and safe battery system that meets the performance requirements set out in the tender specifications. The EPC contractor is responsible for the design, supply, construction, system integration, testing, commissioning and handover of a ready-to-use battery system, as well as (via a separate O&M agreement) for its long-term operation and maintenance.
