EU-490 TenneT Qualification System (TQS) Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and Gas-Insulated Line (GIL) - NL

This qualification system is being introduced to be able to qualify suppliers for future tenders for (project and/or framework) agreements for Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and Gas-Insulated Line (GIL) for 72,5 kV, 145 kV, 170 kV, 245 kV and 420 kV for TenneT TSO B.V. in the Netherlands. The present Qualification System is intended to replace the EU-111 Qualification System, as set out in TED notice 2020/S 125-307189. With regard to the former EU-111 Qualification System, a transitional period applies for parties qualified under that Qualification System, in which new parties also may apply for qualification and have time to get qualified. At the latest 18 months after the publication of this EU-490 Qualification System, the EU-111 Qualification System will cease to apply.
