Everything below that, each country publishes only on its own portals. These are the contracts in the size range a small or medium-sized firm can realistically win. We read those portals in full across seven countries — you will not find this combination anywhere else. For Czechia, Denmark and Belgium we carry the EU-wide contracts; national coverage will follow as soon as those countries make their data openly available.

The combination of countries. German providers cover Germany well but carry no Swiss contracts — we checked that against concrete examples. Swiss providers carry Switzerland but nothing from Germany. France, Italy and the Netherlands are covered nationally by almost nobody in the German-speaking market. Anyone bidding across the border needs several subscriptions today — or misses the larger part.
The smaller ones in particular, and that is the point. Above roughly EUR 215,000 a contract must be tendered EU-wide — those notices appear in the EU Official Journal and are visible to everyone, so competition there is fierce. The contracts within reach of small and medium-sized firms fall below that threshold and appear only on the national portals: in Germany under UVgO and VOB/A, in Switzerland at cantonal level, in France as MAPA procedures, in Italy through the central publication at the anti-corruption authority, in the Netherlands through the shared portal. In full across those seven countries — not just the large notices everyone sees anyway. For Czechia, Denmark and Belgium we carry the EU-wide contracts; national data is not yet openly available there.
They are compared against your profile regardless of language — French, Italian, English, Czech, Spanish, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese. Titles are shown in their original language; a translation is available on request. The translation runs on our own server, not at an online translation service: your search profiles never leave the system.
Every six hours, around the clock. New notices are therefore in the system the same day at the latest. Duplicate entries — the same contract published both EU-wide and nationally — are merged automatically so that you never review a tender twice.
For your account we store your email address and, if you provide it, your company name. Neither is passed on, and an informal message through the contact form in your account deletes it. Everything further is set out in the privacy policy.
